Are you ready to get those legs and body trained for the upcoming AIDS Bicycle Challenge? If your answer is yes, join us this summer every Monday evening, 6:30 pm at Family Bicycles in Waldo for ABC Training Rides! Family Bicycles is located at 7140 Wornall Road in Kansas City, Missouri.

We will start with an easy and scenic 11 mile route (very suitable for beginners!) that will put us on some of the best cycling roads in Prairie Village, KS. In the case of inclement weather, cancellations of this weekly ride will be posted online. ALL RIDERS MUST HAVE A HELMET TO PARTICIPATE!
